At ONE/SIZE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not in love with your purchase, we accept returns of new or gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Start Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label. Simply print it out and attach it to your return package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized UPS location near you.

Receive Your Refund

After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
